This beach has an impressive mountain backdrop. And the beach has an acute curve to it so if your filming location requires sight of both water breaks it can be achieved but it’s also large enough to film without seeing them. The water drop off is very gradual so fantastic for filming at the waters edge.

An uncrowded Beach Film Location Has a very slight curve to it so if your filming location requires a long shot at the waters edge of a person/s walking along this will suit you. You have total control here, so lock-offs and stunts are easy to perform here. Fortunately, the contributor has connections with an agricultural center nearby that can provide the necessary equipment to clear any sand accumulated on the road. There are other isolated desert roads nearby, one giving a 2km stretch of straight road. There is a luxury 5 star desert themed hotel just 20 minutes away. This is an ideal location for car chases, car commercials and feature films. Abu Dhabi has a thriving film industry with films like Dune, Fast and Furious, Star Wars having been shot in the emirate. This is an old disused road and a great film location. Not sure how long it will last without maintenance. You can get an idea if its still OK from Google maps.
A romantic form of travel and a great filming location this is one of Dubai’s oldest forms of transportation. It is still surprisingly cheap and a great way to traverse over and along the creek.
An Abra is a traditional wooden boat now motorised, that has been used since pearl dealers travelled across the creek on business rowed by oarsman. They are the gondolas of the creek. The Abras are still very busy for workers, businessman and tourists.
