- Introduction Service: FilmServices.me is not an agency or booking service. We provide an introduction platform where members can connect and interact. We do not guarantee any job placements, bookings, or employment.
- No Endorsement: We do not endorse or recommend any members, and we are not responsible for the actions or conduct of any members.
- Direct Contracts: All contracts and agreements regarding work, services, or any other arrangements are made directly between members. FilmServices.me is not a party to these contracts and bears no responsibility for the terms, enforcement, or execution of such agreements.
- Insurance Responsibility: Any insurance required for the performance of work or services is the direct responsibility of the freelance contractors and employers involved. FilmServices.me does not provide insurance coverage and is not liable for any claims or damages arising from the lack of appropriate insurance.
Prohibited Conduct
- Illegal Activities: Members must not use FilmServices.me for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any illegal activity.
- Harassment and Abuse: Members must not harass, abuse, or harm other members or any other individuals.

Termination

- Termination by Members: You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these terms and conditions will immediately cease.

- No Warranty: FilmServices.me is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- Limitation of Liability: FilmServices.me will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
