An underground private parking for 6 cars. Could be a private collection of supercars. There’s also enough space to build a set down there. This was a lucky find film location in Dubai. There’s bathroom facilities and a crew could be fed down here.

Quite a neutral room in shades of olive and brown with a kingsize bed and simple dresser. Could be a single ladies room or an AirBnB offering. Could also double as a film location hotel room.

Two lounges in one, depending which way you look. The two looks are very different, one more modern than the other. The darker, more colonial looks out to the pool, whilst the more modern one is an extension of the entrance hall. Two sitting area film locations in one.

This is a compact kitchen with an island stove. It has plenty of light. The small breakfast and TV lounge get light from the glass frontage. The sliding doors allow for cameras to be set further away than the pictures show. At a cost, the window behind the sink could be removed and later replaced.
