Hi, my name is Ala Salem. Born and raised in the United Arab Emirates, I’ve always had a fascination in films, as well as in acting and/or any other methods that involve performing in front of the camera. All my university studies revolved around media including, but, not limited to, Film Studies. Also, I acted in 3 theatrical plays all the while completing my studies at the American University of Sharjah.
Taking my extensive education, as well as freelance experience working with film crews, as well as performing, I decided to apply these skills toward starting my brand new animal Youtube channel called AnimalArcTV. It’s a channel that’s about animals (domestic, farm, exotic) in captivity. My aim is to entertain, educate, and raise awareness to fellow animal lovers, children especially, about the essence of treating animals with respect and keeping them ethically and responsibly.
I was never any good at science or math, so, I studied filming, and I may be no scientist, but, I’d love to build on my filming experience in general to not only create content around my passion, but, to properly and efficiently fund my passion for my long term wellbeing, as well as for the wellbeing of all my other prospective target audience members.
