It’s really easy to get an overhead shot of this pool. In the crew section of the database there are plenty of art department to help prop and decorate it. Access from the side entrance is really easy. There is a large plot of land opposite for a base camp.

An amazing crows nest and roof terrace. It has a stunning view of the Burj Al Arab. An ideal view of New Years Eve fireworks. The access is from inside the house with a small lift going almost to the top.

A spacious master bedroom with natural wood fitted wardrobes and cupboards. It also has an en-suite bathroom.

A really elegant dining room with a great overhead shot from the viewing gallery. The owner has some beautiful tableware and cutlery. There is an adjoining kitchen. Great for an elegant diner party film location.

An underground private parking for 6 cars. Could be a private collection of supercars. There’s also enough space to build a set down there. This was a lucky find film location in Dubai. There’s bathroom facilities and a crew could be fed down here.

A reasonably neutral room with plush red and gold bedspread. Could be anywhere and adapted with film props.

Quite a neutral room in shades of olive and brown with a kingsize bed and simple dresser. Could be a single ladies room or an AirBnB offering. Could also double as a film location hotel room.

This twin single-bed guest room is quite neutral but with fun Arabic murals depicting desert life, camels, birds in flight and palms.
