Her passion for acting ignited at a young age, leading her to accumulate a diverse range of roles over the years. Her love for the craft extends beyond acting; she is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media Studies at university, equipping herself with the knowledge and skills to excel on both sides of the camera.Kaliste’s versatility as an actress is evident in her ability to seamlessly transition between comedic, dramatic, and serious roles. She has gained valuable experience in various mediums, including film, commercials, and school theatre, demonstrating her adaptability and commitment to her craft. Her talent has been recognised in several competitions; in 2021, she won the Best Monologue Audience Choice and was the 3rd Runner-Up Judges Choice in the FADE-IN’21 International Monologue Competition. Additionally, she qualified for the Regional Finals of the 2021 World Monologue Games.In 2023, Kaliste starred in the short film “The Portrait,” produced by Image Nation (INAD), and gained further industry experience as a Production Assistant intern in their educational program, Directing for Commercials. Kaliste holds a UAE Golden Visa, reflecting her exceptional talent and contributions to the arts. Fluent in English with the ability to adopt multiple accents, and with Croatian as her mother tongue, she also has a basic knowledge of Arabic and Spanish.Primarily recognised as an accomplished Abu Dhabi young actress and model, Kaliste Rodi is poised to become a valuable asset in the world of film production, both in front of and behind the camera.
