DIT Technician Abu Dhabi Mayuranga “Mayu” is a skilled Digital Image Technician and assistant cameraman with over 12 years in the UAE. Mayu’s experience extends to working on a variety of projects, including feature films, television shows, commercials, and music videos. His attention to detail and ability to problem solve under pressure have earned him a reputation for being reliable and efficient. He has a wide knowledge about allocating resources, optimising production and increasing output with a hands-on and dedicated approach. He is able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that everyone involved in the production process is on the same page. Maintenance and troubleshooting is second nature to him due to his electronics background and expertise. He offers knowledgeable IT element management, queuing service requests based on immediate need. Expert in compiling recordings, monitoring transmissions and smoothly correcting problems impacting feed quality. Aspect ratios, camera settings, resolution, codecs, frame rates and even LUTs are second nature to him.
