About me
With over 30 years in the film and television industry, I bring technical expertise and hands-on reliability to every set. Specializing as a 2nd AC camera, lighting, video, and grip assistant in Dubai, my career spans production, post-production, camera, lighting, and grip—giving me the versatility to adapt quickly to any on-set challenge.
April 2025 – Present Freelancing full-time as a lighting assistant on commercials, 2nd AC camera assistant on interviews and corporate jobs, and video/grip assistant on various projects. Focused on delivering efficient, problem-solving support in lighting and camera roles. Whether supporting the camera department, rigging lights, or tackling unexpected equipment challenges, I bring professionalism and technical confidence to every production.
2007–2025 Technical and Warehouse Manager at a busy video equipment rental house in Dubai. Built in-depth knowledge of cameras, monitors, wireless systems, lighting, grip, and audio gear. Managed inventory and warehouse operations, set up/troubleshot equipment, and resolved client issues remotely—skills that give me a real edge in spotting and fixing problems fast on set.
1994 onward (Early Career) Started in Hollywood after college as a studio technician and grip—setting up lighting, operating cameras for infomercials, and supporting live sports broadcasts. Transitioned to post-production: began at Encore as an international mastering technician before moving to edit assist (creating master reels, credits, and international conversions for major TV series and movies), then telecine assist at Technicolor Complete Post (handling film transfers for TV series and movies).
I’m a reliable team member who keeps things running smoothly—whether troubleshooting gear or adapting to last-minute changes. Available for upcoming projects in Dubai and beyond.
